international orders

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. We are responsible for the shipping. Allow 7-10 working days from the date of shipment. They provide you the tracking number once your order. Delays may occur until March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs in September. Make sure you give us your address and shipping, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must send it directly. 25% cancellation fee will apply. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order. At the same time, orders can not be canceled online.

If you are not happy to find out the reason, once with your purchase, give us the order and we will be happy to help you return or exchange the item.

Once we receive your return, can be up to seven days to complete your return. And all costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect case we have / we repair the product without replacement. cost customers

To return an item, please email us in advance and ask why. We further instructions.

The products must be returned within eight days from receipt - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. It will be credited to the payment restocking / processing 25% VAT. All shipping charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

The refund will be by credit card or other payment and can be treated after we got the returned goods, the tracking number.
